🌼 RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your wreath or décor piece. Because each item is handmade with care, we have policies in place to protect both you and our small business.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before placing your order.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, materials may already be in use and cancellation is no longer possible.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will gladly replace the item or offer a solution based on the situation.

Note: We cannot replace items damaged due to weather exposure, improper storage, or normal wear.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

We will assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier‑related issues.

5. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders are non‑refundable and non‑returnable.

We provide photos or approval steps when needed to ensure you’re happy with the design before it ships.
